Frequently Asked Questions

Bank of Hours is designed for ongoing support and maintenance tasks. For larger, project-scope engagements, we recommend a dedicated project proposal. However, BoH hours can be applied toward project work within the carry-forward and advance draw policies outlined above.
Any usage beyond your monthly allotment and the 20% advance draw allowance will be invoiced at your Overage Preferential Rate — a discounted rate reserved exclusively for Bank of Hours clients.
Adjustments to monthly allocations are reviewed at contract renewal. Mid-term adjustments can be discussed with your account manager depending on your contract structure.
Bank of Hours clients have a dedicated point of contact at Blü AI. Requests can be submitted by email or through your client portal, depending on your service agreement.
